We recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible, especially for special occasions or events, to ensure availability. We can accommodate last-minute appointments based on availability, but booking in advance is advised.
While we encourage clients to book appointments in advance to ensure availability, we do accept walk-in appointments based on availability. However, we recommend calling ahead or checking our online booking system for real-time availability.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waitlist. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
